We arrive in Valle de Bravo, settle into the house, and head out for our first shakeout.

Sunset Trail Run (6–8 km): A guided intro to Valle's soft dirt trails, finishing at a lookout where the hills open up to golden light over the lake.
Welcome Dinner: Group meal together — a chance to set intentions and meet the full squad before the training begins.

Day 2 — Double Day + Town Exploration

AM Run (8–10 km): Light trail running with small pick-ups designed to help everyone begin acclimating to the altitude. Gentle, flowing terrain.

Midday Free Time: Explore Valle's historic centro, cafés, local markets. Optional pastries + coffee stop. Return to villa for downtime, mobility work, or pool hang.
PM Run (4–6 km): A relaxed group jog around quieter village roads, letting the legs turn over before dinner.

AM: Track Intervals at Altitude — Threshold-focused work at Valle's local track — tailored programming for half and full marathon groups. Emphasis on controlled pacing, breathwork, and using altitude to your advantage.

Midday Optional Activities: Choose your adventure: Contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge), ATV rentals to explore the mountain roads, waterfall hike / viewpoints, local town tours.
Group Lunch: Lunch at a signature restaurant in town — great views + recovery-focused food.
Evening: Chill time at the villa, optional mobility session, or lake walk.
